Buyer Forms

As part of the process of maintaining confidentiality, to receive the CBR (Confidential Business Review) on a company requires the following forms be completed by a buyer:

2) Financial Statement  (or other verifiable information) (PDF format)

3) Background information (corporate buyer: a company brochure;  individual: a resume).  In place of a resume, fill out this form (PDF):  Background Information

If you would like information on a company, please printout our confidentiality agreement and financial statement, complete and fax (or mail) along with your background information.  A Keate Partners' associate will contact you to discuss your interests.
