The owner of this business company is seeking a 50% partner to assist in the growth of the company.  The business has a long history of solid growth and excellent profitability in an industry growing at twice the national average.

This business has professional management, attractive facilities, and the latest in equipment and computerized services.  The company has excellent relationships with insurance companies that provides a significant portion of its revenues through Direct Repair Programs.

The company has the opportunity to add a significant customer that could increase revenues by 30%.  The present owner does not wish to stretch the company’s resources (financial and personnel) to begin servicing this customer without the assistance of a partner.

Industry experience while helpful is not required. Good business experience and track record are important. If the new partner is to be full-time active, either general management experience including financial responsibility, or sales and marketing experience is needed.

For 50% ownership of this growing business, the buyer will be required to invest equity of $150,000 into the company for additional working capital and be added to the current owner’s personal guarantee on bank debt.
